This invitation is for people who attended our past Social Dance Events, our dance training activities, and friends from previous Balls. You may wish to attend the Bal du Cercle Royal Gaulois and join our group table(s) for the gala dinner (starting at 20:00).
We aim to reserve a table for 8–10 guests. If we do not reach the minimum of 8, participants may be seated in smaller groups at nearby tables. To secure a prime table location, we plan to finalise our booking and payment in early November 2025.

After Payment
Please email info@thesocialdance.com with:
- Date and amount of payment
- Names, titles (M/Mme/Mlle — French for Mr/Mrs/Miss), and contact details (email or mobile) of all guests
- Any dietary restrictions or vegetarian preferences, specifying to whom they apply.
When the organisers publish the dinner menu, we will forward it to all participants so you may request suitable variations.
Important Notes
- No tickets (paper or electronic) will be issued — prepaid guests will be on the official guest list at the reception desk.
- Seating priority will be given in order of payment received, and to regular attendees of our events.
- Late payments will be refunded.
- Once funds are transferred to the organisers, refunds are only possible if the organisers accept replacements from the waiting list.

P.S. – Attendance Options
Please note that we handle payments only for the “Dinner + Ball (€115 p.p.)” option. If you prefer to attend without dinner and without a reserved table, there are two other options that must be booked directly with the organisers, Cercle Royal Gaulois (see below).

Please note: The Bal du Cercle Royal Gaulois is a private event. If you wish to attend independently (for example, with your own group), you must request an invitation directly from the organisers at Cercle Royal Gaulois.
Immerse yourself in an evening of charm, tradition, and elegance within one of Brussels’ most historic and exclusive settings.
The night begins with a gala dinner at 20:00, followed by the opening waltz at 22:00. A group of dancers will present a choreographed performance, typically repeated at midnight.
Dress code: Tailcoat, tuxedo or uniform.
Participation Options and Prices
- Dinner + Ball (entry 19:30): €115 per person.
- Lounge Bar + Ball (entry 21:00): €50 per person (includes a glass of champagne & sandwiches).
- Ball-Only (entry 22:00): €30 per person if purchased by 12 Nov 2025. or €40 after that date.
